Minimum Order Policy
$200 Minimum Per Job – Every powder coating project is subject to a $200 minimum to cover setup, labor, and oven processing. Sample runs for established repeat customers, or referred customers who can name who referred them, may be exempt at our discretion.

Important Notes
- Preparation & Disassembly: Customers must remove grease, oils, plastics, and non-metal components before drop-off.
- Parts exceeding 6'3" x 5' x 4' cannot be processed in-house.
- Special order powders may increase cost and lead time.
- Turnaround: Standard turnaround is up to 2 weeks from drop-off, often sooner depending on workload.
- Warranty: Some cast metal parts may outgas. We take precautions but results may vary.
- Capacity Update: We are in the process of setting up a new oven (12 ft long x ~2.5 ft wide). Until operational, we cannot process parts larger than our current oven size of 6'3" x 5' x 4'.

Due to the smaller size of our ovens we can be used by companies who have large and small parts to focus on their smaller parts to clear up space for the other companies to work on the large and on top of that our prices will be cheaper on the small we guarantee it.
